A blockade in Ottawa at a crucial U.S.-Canada border crossing known as the "Freedom Convoy"  that had disrupted traffic and millions of dollars of trade ended Sunday night after a court order for the protesters to disband was issued. Truck drivers protesting Canada’s COVID-19 restrictions had blocked traffic flow between the two countries for six days.

On Monday, Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced that the province would suspend its coronavirus vaccine passport on March 1 and accelerate its reopening plans. Still, the ongoing protests in Ottawa against COVID-19 restrictions that have inspired similar demonstrations across the globe continue.

What are your thoughts on the blockade and the ongoing protests against COVID-19 restrictions? Is it time to lift COVID-19 restrictions in the U.S., or would lifting these restrictions be premature at this point?
