The Pima County Board of Health passed a resolution Wednesday prohibiting unlicensed dealers from selling firearms at gun shows on county-owned property.
Unlicensed dealers are currently able to sell firearms without performing background checks.
The resolution is expected to pass when the Pima County Board of Supervisors votes on it.
