The Green Valley Fire District's summer camp, Camp Nitro, kicked off Monday, giving about a dozen teens a hands-on glimpse of what a career as a firefighter or EMT could offer.

You can see what the teens at Camp Nitro have learned throughout the week by visiting GVFD’s Facebook page: facebook.com/GVFire.

If you are interested in volunteering with the Green Valley Fire Corps, which helps GVFD with day-to-day, non-emergency calls, head to gvfire.org/fire-corps.
